You can find the SMS IDs in the detail of the message in the SMS History tab.
We have to check this with the SMS provider.`

could you please share the actual SMS IDs here?
As our team has replied already on 28/6/2021 that the messages are delivered correctly (as per the provider´s expression) and if you could make a fresh test and provide us some fresh SMS IDs if the issue still persist (or you can share them directly to ruliskova@topefekt.com for speeding up the process).
