Please go to your dashboard > Testimonials > Settings > Compatibility > Compatibility Settings > Load Event > choose ‘window load’ > save.

Thanks for sharing the solution.. but its still not working. I still don’t see the buttons nor is it sliding on it own.

Can you please also go to Testimonials > Settings > Compatibility > Compatibility Settings > Ajax Page Loading and select General > save.
If it still does not work, I recommend installing this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/health-check/
After you install and activate the above plugin it has a Troubleshooting mode which allows you to have a vanilla WordPress session, where all plugins are disabled, and a default theme is used, but only for your user – your visitors will still see the normal website.
Go to its troubleshoot mode and only activate ST and see if this still happens with a default WordPress theme and no other plugins.
Let me know if it does.
