Slider broken in Mobile view

Hello,

I am using the shortcode [cusrev_reviews_slider] it’s working fine with a large screen view but looks ugly honestly I can’t control the stars or borders or the size of the review box, but in the mobile view, it’s not showing anything.

Yes sure, kindly be noted in the Arabic version on mobiles doesn’t show the reviews but on the English website, it’s showing the reviews, I need help where I can edit that design it looks ugly too very big I want to redesign it, it to look like Trustpilot slider.

It is possible that there is a conflict between CusRev and another plugin or the theme. Please follow this solution to troubleshoot this issue.

Regarding the display of the slider, we do not support any option to change or redesign the slider like others.

Hi,

We do not encourage you to modify the source code of the theme directly. You can contact a developer to create some CSS code to customize the slider of our plugin.
