Hi there @chizoba and a happy new year to you! Sorry to hear you’re facing issues with Site Kit. I’d be happy to help you further with this. To investigate the issue further, please can you share the following:

    1. Your Site Health information. You can use this form to share privately if preferred.
    2. Does this happen when using an Incognito browser?
    3. Is this happening when you’re trying to use the dashboard sharing feature within Site Kit? Or do you see this in the Site Kit dashboard?

You can also try running through our troubleshooting steps here which may help to highlight the cause of the issue for you. Let me know if you have any other questions at this time.

Hi @chizoba, are you still encountering this issue with Site Kit? It’s possible that this could have been an issue with the Site Kit plugin install so could you please try deleting the plugin from your site as well as your WordPress plugins directory and try installing and setting up once more.

After doing this, do you encounter the same issue? If you do still encounter this, could you please share a screenshot of this which includes your console and any console errors.

As we didn’t receive a response I’ll mark this as resolved. Feel free to open a new support topic if you continue to encounter issues, or reopen this topic and we’d be happy to assist.
