Hi @pradeepsalian, thanks for sharing the error message you are seeing. Firstly, could you please try performing a Site Kit reset? You can do this by going to Tools > Available Tools > Reset Site Kit. After resetting and setting the plugin back up, do you encounter the same issue? If yes, please could you share the information below:
1. Your Site Health information. You can use this form to share privately if preferred.
2. Any console errors you see when encountering this.
3. Do you see the same when following the troubleshooting steps here? This will highlight if the issue is being caused by a plugin or theme conflict.
If you have any questions on the above then please let me know.

@pradeepsalian Unfortunately I can’t access any of those URLs. Please could you share your Site Health information via this form which is private and I can access this to access the information. You can also share publicly accessible image URLs here for us to review. For example you could add these to a Google drive folder and share the URL in the form.

@pradeepsalian Thanks for sharing your Site Health. I don’t see any link to console errors or the error message in the form. You can attach links to the Any other supporting information (optional) section of the form if you wish.

Have you tried following the troubleshooting steps linked above? If so, did you encounter the same issue? Could you please try disabling the Hostinger plugins temporarily on your site and try navigating to Site Kit once more. Do you still see the error in this case?

@adamdunnage When i test the website then there is no error but when i work on back end then the error is the same

@pradeepsalian If you could share a screenshot or recording of this then that would help us to see what’s happening and where you’re seeing the error. Please could you add these to a Google drive folder and share the URL in the private form listed above or directly here.
