As you have said that you have a website with different installation that means you have single domain with WordPress multisite system. If I am correct then you can use single site license. Because single site license means- You can activate the license key in single WordPress site. Also, Wp User Frotnend is compatible with WordPress Multisite system
Now, if you have 3 different wordpress site then you have to use multisite license.
