Similar to the issue reported here, after the latest update to AIOSEO v.2031 the RSS feed for SimplePress forums is now pulling in the page title for every item instead of the topic title as it should.

I have contacted SP for support and am awaiting feedback. I sincerely do not wish to start a feud between plugin developers pointing fingers at each other, but the feeds were working fine until this recent update.

UPDATE: Steve mentioned he may contact Peter about this issue. I have disabled AIOSEO on our Forums page, which fixes the issue, so the feed above should look correct now. I’m happy to re-enable it for testing purposes upon request.

Try deleting All in One SEO Pack and reinstalling it, and let me know if that fixes your issue. I’ll talk to the SimplePress team about this as well, to see if there’s anything we can do better here.

Thanks Peter! Disabling AIOSEO on the Forums page did the trick, and I now understand it wasn’t generating SEO data for individual forum and topic pages anyway.
