This isn’t my business, but as a customer of Paul’s and whose had more than enough questions for him while I’ve tried to figure things out: site reviews works exactly as it is advertised to, and Paul has been nothing but incredibly helpful – and fast – at getting back when there’s a concern, challenge, or a request for an plugin ‘enhancement.’
All I wanted to say, however, is that being polite and kind goes a lot further than being aggressive or negative towards the publisher of a plugin. Let’s all get along. 😉
