To show single video in sidebar widget, go to admin -> Appearance -> Widgets -> find “Text” widget and drag and drop in your sidebar widget position. Now place [hdvideo id=VIDEO_ID] in the text area of the text widget.
Note : Replace VIDEO_ID with your video id.

You can set width and height by mentioning in the short code itself. For example [hdvideo id=10 width=500 height=300]
