Hi, I would like to know if it is possible to add the comments count to the grid, and how can I do it if possible. I would like to show it the same way I show the publishing date or the category of a post. If it is already asked and answered I am sorry but after looking for it both in the support and in google i haven’t found anything.

There currently is no parameter for listing the comment count, like include_comment_count="true". But you can use the output filter to add this functionality yourself.
