Shortlinks not worknig

Hello my shortlinks are currently not working. I’ve tried using the shortlink auto generated by WordPress but it appears my Jetpack Settings need to be configured to point to my new website domain name.

Wondering if there is anything I can do to get this changed or is it a Jetpack configuration I can’t access?
