    Or a link to call the chat screen in the lower left corner.

    Thank you for getting in touch with us.

    Unfortunately the plugin doesn’t support a shortcut at this point in time. You’ll need to login to your WordPress dashboard and navigate to the ‘Live Chat’ page in order for you to accept chats.
