Hello @spikec
Hope all is well!
Please let me know what payment gateway is set up on your site? Just in case if this is a permalink related issue, please go to Settings > Permalinks and save changes.
Go to Membership 2 > Settings > General and make sure all pages are assigned with shortcodes inside, as shown in this screenshot.
The Membership List page should have this shortcode [ms-membership-signup]
Allowed practitioner:
Member:
Trainees:
Please let me know which shortcodes are placed there?
Please advise,
Cheers,
Nastia

we have it kind of working now here: http://utton.co.uk/new1/practitioner-portal/register/
But the payment won’t go anywhere at the end, like the is there but nothing in it?
It;s not perfect, is it worth reinstalling?
Hello there @spikec 🙂
I just tried to replicate this in a testing site of mine and Single Stripe gateway worked well with my sandbox credentials.
Please make sure that you’re using the proper API keys in Membership 2 -> Settings -> Payment. These are different for Live or Sandbox environments.

If these are setup correctly, then you may have to perform a conflict test to see if there’s anything else involving there. First, make sure that you have a working backup on hand, in case you need to restore it after the test. Having a staging environment is a handy alternative too. Then try to deactivate all other plugins apart from Membership 2, activate a default theme like TwentySeventeen and give this another try. If it works well, start activating the remaining plugins and theme, one by one this time, checking how’s Stripe payments in each step, until you reproduce the issue once more.
Warm regards,
Dimitris
Hello @spikec
We didn’t hear back from you for a while, so I mark this as resolved. Feel free to post back any update and we can happily re-open it and carry on troubleshooting. 🙂
Take care,
Dimitris
