Shortcodes not showing on mobile

I’m building an instant quote form where the user needs only input his/her monthly bill cost and click submit. Then I redirect the user to a summary/sales page detailing the cost and other variables I calculated using hidden fields.

This works perfectly on desktop, but not on mobile. It also happens on Incognito (Chrome), so I’m guessing maybe it has something to do with cache or user session data storage. I’m using Elementor Pro and I’m displaying the info using the following shortcode: [frm-field-value field_id=37 user_id=current]
