Shortcodes dont work in fields

Tried to use shortcodes in fields and atleast the Webhook URL Value field did not work

Ok I just verified this again. When I send to a url that IS NOT a shortcode it works, and in fact when its Draft is sends it 2x. When I add the shortcode it does not work, and the setting is unchecked for stripping shortcodes. This is for a “Page”, which is standard WP type.
