    Hello all
    after I did the update for the WordPress, I get Black home page,
    when I stopped the Shortcodes by United Themes plugin the error was going
    can I get support, please?

    This is a support forum for Shortcodes Ultimate–Shortcodes by United Themes sounds like a different plugin, and if you are encountering an issue with it, I would ask in their support forum.
