Shortcode not loading

    I really like the simplicity of this plugin and when I tried it, it worked exactly as I’ve expected. So I decided to install it on the live site. Unfortunately, it didn’t work on the live site and I really want to get it working.

    I’m trying to use it with a shortcode from another plugin Layered Popup. Worked perfectly on the development site. See the bottom of the post

    On the live site, I tested with just plain text and it works. However when I put in the shortcode, it just has the animation at the bottom of the page, showing that it’s loading. I’ve waited very long and it doesn’t ever load. Sorry, I haven’t got a page to show you how it is because I didn’t want to leave it on the live site. Any ideas what I can check?

    That’s a good question, I’m not sure what might be happening.. you say it works on a development site? If so, I would try examining/troubleshooting any differences between the two sites. Hopefully that will turn up some clues.

    Hi Jeff, thanks for checking. I didn’t solve that problem but I’ve used another shortcode that works.
