    Hello there!

I a currently trying to build a site where your plugin is being used.
Unfortunately the output of detailpage shortcodes don’t work as expected.

    1. For example the address ist not being displayed in head next to marker icon, even if I entered coordinates in the listing settings.

    2. The tabs are not being displayed completely, like you show here: https://base.immonex.one/immobilien/guenstiges-reiheneckhaus-im-gruenen/

No matter how I change the shortcode, the output is never as expected… I will gladly send over a link so you can have a look.

    Any help is greatly appreciated.

Btw. I also tried using a page template with gutenberg blocks as described in your docs; but seeing same issues. I am using Divi theme with theme builder where I place the shortcodes.

    Thanks!

    Hi Saskia!

One quick question ahead: Did you import the demo properties from immonex.dev or own OpenImmo data with OpenImmo2WP?

Of course we’d like to take a look at WP installation! If possible, it would be helpful if you could create a temporary admin user with the mail address support@immonex.dev.

    Hello immonex!

    thanks for your fast reply!

I did not import any demodata at all!
I sinply set up some taxonomy terms myself and added a few listings manually…
    is that maybe the culprit??

I added an admin user to my test environment!

    Thanks a lot!!

Thanks for creating the temporary admin user! In the meantime, we’ve taken a look at your test site…

Your guess is right: The mentioned elements in the frontend are missing due to the manual data entry. Although it’s possible to add at least the core information of the property offers this way, the clear focus of Kickstart is the presentation of imported OpenImmo-XML-based data. (The backend property forms are mainly intended for manual checking in exceptional cases.)

If you install OpenImmo2WP and import the demo data from immonex.dev with it, you will see various entries in the details section (backend form) of the example properties. These are the contents of the (currently missing) tabs in the frontend detail views.

Regarding the missing address in the frontend property header section: The current Kickstart beta version 1.5.16 (also available at immonex.dev) now provides a related field in the backend form.

Please drop us another line if you have any further questions!
