Understand Code4Recovery has no plans to further develop sidebar widget? (I may have read a thread response wrong.)
“Upcoming Meetings” does not return any results –– may only show for “that day”. (Only shows up when I give it a message to display for no results.)
Are there any PHP writers out there that would like to tackle a simple “Event List” display shortcode (for html widget) or widget that presents an attractive list of the next X meetings, filtered by type when desired (Open for a CPC page, Online if that’s the gig, etc.) similar to what shows up on the Meeting Guide App – and even on this plugins /meetings page on an iPhone in portrait mode.
The tsml- codes are already there. I don’t code in PHP or I’d do it myself. Not sure why this is an issue or hasn’t been done yet.

Several of our recent releases included modifications or improvements to the widget sidebar. We consider it an important part of complete meeting list website. It provides a quick look at upcoming meetings so the user can quickly see what is next. It is not intended to be a replacement for the meeting list, nor the single meeting format page. This is why it the changes you’ve described haven’t been done; and we believe that adding columns and more information to the widget, that already exists in the meeting list, would make the sidebar display unusable with many or most themes.
Of course, you or someone else is welcome to fork the repository and change it to however it best works for you.
