Shopping behaviour report problem GA

    Hi!

    We installed this plugin two days ago and it seems to be tracking conversions in a correct way when looking at the overview report in Google Analytics. However, we are not seeing any data in the shopping behaviour report. Any ideas?

    We also see that all traffic sources are direvt / traffic in terms of converting sources which obviously is a big problem.

    Shopping behavior would require the use of our eCommerce addon. If you’re using our eCommerce addon I’d recommend reaching out to our premium support team using the support form inside the the My Account area of our site and our team can help fix that right away
