Hi,
Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us.
I am not entirely sure I understand the issue at hand. Some people see your ads with free delivery, isn’t that just the “local pickup” shipping method that is added to your feed, which I assume is free of charge?
Hi,
but how come the delivery shows 0AUD as well?
Probably because you local pick-up is configured in your WooCommerce as free of charge? If so, it will show as 0 AUD in your product feed.
You can remove the local pick-up shipping method from your feed by enabling this option in the general plugin settings: https://www.dropbox.com/s/184njpamf3i807n/Screenshot%202023-03-29%20at%2019.10.05.png?dl=0
Hope this helps?
Ah, I did not know about this feature. I’ll try it and let you know if I need anything else. Than you
Hi, I have done as suggested, but the delivery still shows 0 cost, and it should be having a cost. Can you help?

Can you share the product feed URL with us so we can have a look at the feed?
Thanks.
In the screenshot you shared earlier with your shipping zones in it (https://prnt.sc/tqRFBoO7BbCO) there was nothing about a VIC-region shipping zone so did you perhaps configure more zones than you shared? If so, can you please share all shipping zones and methods you configured?
Hi,
Thanks for this. The reason only the “VIC” shipping costs are in your feed is because you have set Australia as a shipping country. For all the other shipping methods you have just set zipcodes and not a country.
So, you did this: https://www.dropbox.com/s/llx9k2gi5em8f3j/Ship-AUS-1.png?dl=0
But it should be this instead: https://www.dropbox.com/s/66n8vipacbnf1is/Ship-AUS-2.png?dl=0.
As you can see in the second screenshot “Australia” is set as zone region. When you do so the plugin will know that this shipping zone also belongs to Australia and add it to your feed.
Hope this helps?
Hi,
Thanks for the video. So basically the issue was solved by adding Australia to your shipping settings but Google is disapproving it because you have too many values for your shipping costs. Since you actually do have this many shipping/zones and methods I would not immediately know how to solve this disapproval reasons. Perhaps it is an option to configure your shipping costs directly into your Google Merchant Center instead of adding them to your feed? See: https://support.google.com/merchants/answer/6069284?hl=en
Hi,
Partially, yes.
Before adding Australia the feed only picked zone name VIC 1 for 0$ value. Since we added Australia the system picked up all the other zones too leading to a bulk disapproval – the additional problem is that the value for the shipping was still $0, so issue not solved.
I have now removed Australia from all the zone names and the system is not picking any shipping value now!
So, since we made the suggested changes we are screwed
Anything else I can do using the pluing on top of your head?
The only alternative we can think of is configuring your shipping costs directly into your Google Merchant Center.
Assuming the issue at hand has been resolved or our support is no longer required we will close this topic for housekeeping reasons.
