Hi,

We’ve set up the “Shipping Label” print feature on the website.
While the “Barcode” and “Tracking Number” fields are marked as available only in the Pro version, we noticed that when using the default template, the barcode is still displayed on the generated label.

We’d like to know:

How can we display the barcode and tracking number fields in the custom shipping label template as well?

Is it possible to use the Order Number as both the barcode and the tracking number on the custom template?

Thanks for reaching out.

The free version of our plugin does not offer “Barcode” or “Tracking Number” features. If you had previously used the Pro version and then downgraded to the free version, the options may still appear because the Pro template settings remain active even after the downgrade.
