setup on Subdomain

    hi ım thinking buy pro version because ı want woocommerce add-on so ım use supportcandy for my ecommerce website but ı want setup support.example.com like that. Plugin must be read all order data on main domain so how can ı do it ?

    Hello,

    Thanks for contacting us.

    It is not possible for SupportCandy to read data from another domain as the database will be different. You need to have WooCommerce and SupportCandy on the same domain for integration.
