Could you please try to log in on a different device and also in a different browser? Maybe there is some software on your computer which blocks plugin’s cookie. Can you confirm that there is no twofas_light_step_token cookie when you are on the second step of the login process?

In Firefox you can use Storage Inspector to see all cookies. You can enable it in Tools > Web Developer > Storage Inspector when you are on the second step of login process.
Please check also if you can log in on other device in different browser.
I have tried logging in from 3 different computers and 1 adroid phone. nothing worked. but when I add a new browser (MS EDGE) to the list it works but not on chrome or firefox.
Below is screenshot of the storage inspector

There are two plugin’s cookies on the screenshot. There are trusted devices’ cookies in Storage Inspector. How did you add trusted devices? You wrote that you clear all browser’s data so there should be no plugin’s cookies.
Can you also check Safari and Opera?
The screenshot https://i.imgur.com/4mmkDnu.png was taken when I only have Microsoft edge as a trusted device then after you replied I added internet explorer now.
Microsoft Edge – works
Internet Explorer – works
Firefox – doesn’t work
Opera – doesn’t work
safari – doesn’t work
chrome – doesn’t work
Samsung Native Browser – Doesn’t work
These are the only 2 devices

OK but you made the screenshot in Firefox. Am I right? If one browser creates a cookie, it isn’t available in other browsers. It means that you added trusted devices in Firefox.
The problem got more complicated since the plugin works properly in Edge. We’ll continue investigating the issue and we’ll let you know if we solve it.
