    Hello guys,

Is it possible to have Jetpack access statistics data separated by subdomains on a multisite network?

I ask, therefore, when accessing the admin of a subdomain, the Jetpack shows the general statistics graph (all the sites). But, in addition to general statistics, I wanted to have access to separate access statistics by subdomains, and also statistics only from the main domain.

    I thank you,
    Rodrigo

Jetpack considers each site in a network as a separate site, with its own set of stats. You’ll consequently only get stats for a single site when viewing your stats under Jetpack > Site Stats in anyone of the sites in the network.

To access all stats for all sites on the network at once, I’d recommend using the central interface on WordPress.com; each one of your Jetpack sites will be listed there:
    https://wordpress.com/stats/

    I hope this helps.

    Hello Jeremy,

The statistics that appear in the initial panel of my subdomain (http://idiomas.proddigital.com.br) is the same that appears in the initial panel of my main domain (http://proddigital.com.br).

If I look at the stats on WordPress.com, they are also equal.

    See below some prints:

    For day – Jetpack
    https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B-3bBaQBNJ0mZzRGRHBodzYzT1E/view?usp=sharing

    For day – WordPress.com
    https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B-3bBaQBNJ0mMkFWTXN6U3Y4dWM/view?usp=sharing

    For month – Jetpack
    https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B-3bBaQBNJ0mdGQ1YUdHSmJUYXc/view?usp=sharing

    For month – WordPress.com
    https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B-3bBaQBNJ0mM1dqaGs0UmFhV0k/view?usp=sharing

Note that in the statistics that show the visits of the Main Posts and Pages, there are data of visits of posts of the main domain (http://proddigital.com.br), for example:

6 aplicativos do Play Store mais baixados no ano 2016

Is a post from the main domain (http://proddigital.com.br/tecnologia/6-aplicativos-play-store-more-baixados/)

    https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B-3bBaQBNJ0mR2l1VlZnaUVkSVU/view?usp=sharing

By the time I take a printscreen, I hovered over this post above, so take a look at the status bar in the footer for you to see the address.

And notice that I am in the panel of my subdomain (http://idiomas.proddigital.com.br).

Both sites do indeed appear to be using the same set of data. That shouldn’t be happening. I suspect this is linked to how the sites were created in the first place.

To solve this issue, you can go to the Jetpack menu in both dashboards, disconnect the sites from WordPress.com, and the reconnect them to WordPress.com. It will separate the 2 sites into 2 distinctive data sets.

Let me know how it goes.

Jeremy, I disconnected the accounts from the sites, but when I try to connect to each of the accounts, you’re showing me an error:
“cURL error 28: Operation timed out after 1000 milliseconds with 0 bytes received”

I as Super-admin have access to all sites, and I only have a single account on wordpress.com. Is that okay, or do I have to have a wordpress.com account for each site?

Could you try to connect once again? If you keep experiencing issues, can you please use Jetpack’s Debugger module to send us some more information about your site?

    1. Go to the Jetpack page in your dashboard.
    2. Click on the Debug link appearing at the bottom of the page.
    3. Click the link that says “click here to contact Jetpack support.”
    4. Fill in the description box and your name and email address.
    5. Click the “Contact Support” button to send us the debug results privately. It’s best not to post this information on public forums, as it contains private details about your site.

    Thanks!

That’s completely fine. You can connect as many sites as you want to a single WordPress.com account.

I was able to activate the jetpack connection with wordpress.com and the main domain cleared the statistics and in the Debug section shows me OK OK jetpack message working correctly.
But the subdomain continues to show the general data of both sites, just as it was before.

I sent the problem to Debug Jetpack support, just like you passed me.

    I thank you.
