To be honest, I don’t really know. I’m not an SEO expert so I can’t say for sure if it will help or not.
However, Google has started recommending using the “rel” attribute to label affiliate products with “sponsored”:

So if you have imported affiliate products into your WooCommerce store using our WooCommerce Importer plugin then you can go here WordPress Admin Area > Product Sets > WC Importer and configure your “rel” attribute to use “sponsored”.
