Hi Alessia,
Couple of questions to help you narrow this down:
1. Are you running a site where you have mixed https/non-https content? Eg. if you have cart/checkout pages on https but the rest of the site on regular http? Try running https on your backend as well in this case (or just across the whole site if you’re able).
2. Are there any errors in your PHP log?

i don’t use https because my payments are done through paypal for my website.
So does this plugin not work? I really need a response
