Sending any Custom dimension?

    How can I send any custom dimension I want?

    The WP website is part of another website that run in the same domain and sends custom dimensions to GA. I have to send the custom dimension to GA when the WP plugin is sending data to GA, else the data rows aren’t shown in GA reports for which the custom dimension isn’t received by GA (that is just how GA works).
    I want to send “(no set)” as fixed values on every GA hit, but how to do that?
