Is it possible to send an eMail to all who has booked a specific event? I mean a real selfmade eMai,l not an automatic created one.

At the moment, this is not yet available but already been requested; however, no eta yet as for the release but for the meantime, you can check and try this similar plugin (author not related to EM)
