Send Box totally hidden

No matter what i dom either in widget or even posted shortcode in post, the send Box shows the first 100 pixels or so of the pop up sendbox, the rest is cut off and hidden, I have tried css to z-index or float it – no way, so u cannot see what you are typing in sendbox
