Hi,
when you select “none” for the commenting type, then you will not get any commentng,section,under the playet. Please make sure that you dont have any default commenting system in your site. Also share your site link. So that we can check and assist you accordingly.

Under comment settings setting the comment type to none doesn’t work. Still shows a big comment box. How do I fix?
