Only if you put your table in an iframe with fileaframe. Otherwise, no.
I create an fileaframe but when i upload a file i had to reload iframe before see file uploaded.

Yes, you have to click on the folder in the table to refresh the iframe. Not the same thing as refreshing the page.
The fileup and fileaway shortcodes are two separate entities.
I wouldnt put the fileup shortcode inside the iframe though. If they upload a large number of files, they’ll be hidden in the bottom of the iframe. Ugly. I’d put the fileup shortcode on top of the fileaframe shortcode. But it’s up to you.
