Saved My Site Again!

I don’t know how many times this plugin has saved my site. The backup program that our host provider uses has never been able to completely restore our site and most of the time I have to get tech support because of a server error. As long as I can get into the admin area to perform a restore with WPBackItUp I am confidant our site will be up and running again. But probably the best part about this plugin isn’t it’s software, it’s the tech support. When I first installed this plugin it was buggy. It would do a backup once in awhile and I was about to give up on it. I did purchase other backup programs. But the tech support I got from WPBackItUp was great! I can’t say enough about them. They never gave up and continually reached out to me with updates, patches, etc. until the problem was resolved. The end result is an incredible backup program that I have been able to trust. If you use WordPress then a backup program is a must – especially with all the plugins out there. And you need one that you can trust, this one is it!
