Couldn’t get plugin to work, it kept on creating errors in restore files, customer support was nonsensical and insufficient. A week before subscription renewal I requested cancellation via customer support—my subscription was deactivated but I was still charged the $79.00 renewal fee. Subsequent emails to Support were ignored . . . can’t get much worse than that.

I really like the plugin – easy to use and good pricing. But the best thing is, that they have a great support team, if something doesn’t work with your plugin, they help you fast.

I had a problem restoring a backup. The support team really helped super fast and was able to solve the problem.

Great support for our small website. Stopped doing backups. The team came in and fixed it quickly and even got the backups to work much more quickly. Greatly appreciated. Highly recommend this plug-in.
