    Couldn’t get plugin to work, it kept on creating errors in restore files, customer support was nonsensical and insufficient. A week before subscription renewal I requested cancellation via customer support—my subscription was deactivated but I was still charged the $79.00 renewal fee. Subsequent emails to Support were ignored . . . can’t get much worse than that.
