    Hi – thank you for providing this valuable tool

    I’ve got SupportCandy installed on a WP Multisite, activated on a subsite.

    I’ve got other plugins to manage user roles network wide.

    I need to restrict support access to users with specific roles that are established elsewhere on the site.

    When the user arrives on the SupportCandy site they will have the role I set for them, but I can’t find any settings in SC that restrict access.

    Is there a setting or a code snippet I can apply? I don’t mind hard coding the role required in functions.php or another SC template

    Hello @wasanajones,

    This is good suggestion to restrict roles to access ticketing feature. We have added this in our development queue to be available within couple of months.

    We so not believe in hard-coding because in next version it got vanished. If you need on urgent basis, please create ticket on our website giving reference of this topic.
