    Hello,

    1. I would like to know if it is possible to restrict reviews so that only logged-in customers can submit them.
    2. In addition, is it possible to limit reviews so that each customer can submit only one review per product? In other words, once a customer has already reviewed a product, they should not be able to submit additional reviews for the same product.

    Hi,

    Thanks for using CusRev.

    1. Yes, it is possible. For the on-site review form on the product page, you can go to admin area > Reviews > Settings > Review Forms tab > Review Permissions: select “Reviewers must be registered and logged in”, to allow logged-in users to submit reviews.

    2. Yes, it is possible. This feature is available in the Pro version. You can read more about it in the solution Is It Possible to Limit Reviews per Product for a Customer?.
