    Hello,

    I have just downloaded the Trustindex-plugin, went through the setup-steps and copy/pasted the shortcode into the shortcode block, but the reviews from Airbnb is not showing on the public website. We are using the Kadence theme.

    On the not public website I get a pink error message:

    ERROR @ Trustindex plugin(Denne meddelelse er ikke synlig for besøgende i offentlig tilstand.)

    Dine anmeldelser downloades. Denne proces bør kun tage et par minutter.”

    The error message mentions that the reviews are downloading, and that the process should only last a couple of minutes.

    Could you try re-creating the plugin? This may resolve the situation quickly.

    To re-create the plugin, go to the “Advanced” menu and click the “Re-create” button to reset it. Then, in the “Free Widget Configurator” tab, follow the setup steps again to properly configure the plugin.

    Let us know what happens. If you still experience the issue our team will check the review downloading process.
