Restrict file type in file fields

    Hi!

    Is it possible to restrict the file types (for example, just .jpg and .png files) that users are able to upload in file fields added via the recently added “User Fields” tab in the plugin settings?

    I know how to do it via code using the pmprorh_add_registration_field() function, but I’m wondering if it’s possible to do it using the new tab.

    Hi @leemon!

    At this time there isn’t a way to restrict file types within the User Fields settings. If you were looking for a no-code way to achieve this you could utilize a file restriction plugin, like WP Upload Restriction (or similar), and add a Hint to your User Field stating the file types that are allowed.
