Responsive Not Working Correctly

I just added Cyclone 2 to a site and while I like the ease of adding the slider, it is not responding correctly as a responsive slider. It is big when the page is small and teeny when the page is big.

Here is how it has been added to the home.php template:

`<?php if( function_exists(‘cyclone_slider’) ) cyclone_slider(‘home-page-slider’); ?>

I would really appreciate some help here.
