Responsive Layout on main page not working

The responsive layout is not working on category and browse page. When I refresh the page on desktop, the grid doesn’t display right. I have caching of css and js disabled for everything with “cooked” in the url. Also cache disabled for the browse page.

Always on mobile, the grid doesn’t show the text. Images overlap the description of the recipe. Only when I turn the phone landscape then back to portrait does it work.
