I purchased Cooked on CodeCanyon, is this the same thing?

This version is completely rebuilt and brand new. However, the free version does not include premium community features like ratings, favorites, profiles, and recipe submission. If you need those features you will want to wait for the upcoming Cooked Pro. It will be free for those that have purchased the CodeCanyon version!

add recipe to a blog page?

Hi
I added this plugin becaseu it looks awesome, but now that i’m trying to use it i am confused. How do i add a recipe with cooked to a blog post? I want to have my little story first before the recipe which i will build in the cooked format (which people can then print – without my little story!) I can’t see how to do this.
Additionally when i go to add the recipe from the dashboard, it seems to be just like adding a regular blogg post…. Please can someone help me because i’m sure i must be missing something obvious!
Thank you

Very Easy for Beginners & Advanced Users

As a new user to plug-ons, I was overwhelmed by the choices of recipes plug-ins. I decided to go with my gut and the screenshots vs number of downloads and I am so so happy I did! Cooked is a great plug in that is so easy for beginners! I literally had my first recipe up and published within minutes. I recommended it a friend that is more advanced with recipes and plug ins and now she is a believer of Cooked as well! AWESOME support which is worth a goldmine these days!! All for a free plug in. Just download it! Trust me!

*Finally*! The PERFECT recipe plugin!

Seriously. I’ve looked at (both free and paid) recipe programs til I’m bleary-eyed. Finally stumbled upon Cooked (free version – trouble with paid is there’s no way to test BEFORE you proffer your plastic). But no need here – even Cooked’s free version is…

This plugin is GENIUS! Easy-peasy, works perfectly right.out.of.the.box, yet allows me to easily customize/tweak it. LOVE the shortcodes, easy to customize them. Even the free version has some nifty surprises: checkboxes to strikeout ingredients; change yield (and auto halve the ingredient quantities), lots of handy print options, etc.

Oh, and – my main gotta-have was the ability to include images within the directions. This one has that in spades (nice large pics – that link to expandeds in a Lightbox!) Oh, and did I mention the “Gallery”? The “frosting-on-the-cake”!

Some documentation (apparently “coming soon”) would be nice, but this plugin is so well designed, you really don’t need any.

Thanks to All at Boxy Studio – WELL.DONE!
