FAQ

Having issues with the plugin?

Be sure to check the Cooked Documentation for guides and documentation. If you’re still having issues, create a new support topic and let me know what’s going on. I’m happy to help! Please don’t post a bad review without discussing here first, I really appreciate it!

I purchased Cooked on CodeCanyon.net, is this the same thing?

This version is not the same plugin. It has been completely rebuilt from the ground up and has now completely replaced the original plugin. For more information on Cooked and Cooked Pro, check out https://cooked.pro. There is a migration assistant as well for those using the original plugin. Great Combo for a Food Blog

I purchased Basil and Cooked Pro together as a single package, couldn't beat the offer they have going. I tried unsuccessfully for months to find an appropriate template for my site and Basil hit the nail on the head. I found Cooked very early on in my recipe engine search and basically from Day 1 I knew that was the one I was going to use. I had minor issues using it with other templates (it worked fine, but some font sizing issues existed) and many people recommended using another plug-in. I tried everything I could find, and none were as thorough, visually appealing, or easy to use as Cooked, so I really shifted to finding a better theme. I most likely spent way more time and energy than I needed to in looking for another theme, so when I finally pulled the trigger and purchased Basil, I was extremely happy and relieved that I could finally take my site forward. My apprehension was that I have more than just a recipe site, and I incorrectly assumed that Basil was just for recipe sites, plus I had years of experience with anther theme publisher and didn't want to learn all over again - but I didn't have to! Basil and Cooked are very easy to learn, professional looking, and robust in their capabilities. Learn from my mistakes, get Basil and Cooked now if you are remotely considering them. The new pricing is a no-brainer if Cooked is what you decide on as well.

Best Recipe Plugin Ever!

This by far, is the best recipe plugin available. It's a modern approach with eye-catching recipes and easy-to-use functionality. The support team is very helpful, friendly, and responds fast to questions. I will be recommending this plugin to future colleagues and clients - it's simply the best. Thanks again for developing this plugin! Take care. Sincerely, Joshua Cool

Does exactly what I need, beautifully

I cannot rave enough about this plug-in. It's been an absolute joy to work with. I've only had to tweak the CSS for my own designer-bias and it just works on EVERY device. Hands down my best purchase of 2019!

Excellent plugin and awesome support!

We are using Cooked plugin since few years now and we strongly recommend it to anyone who wants a complete, easy and reliable recipe management solution. Also, the support offered by Justin is awesome!

Amazing recipe plugin, works well with SEO

Cooked Pro is an amazing plugin. It's very rich in functionality, and great for SEO with it's structured data. The support is also great, had a quick response each time I had a question. Would recommend 100%

Solid

I have used this plugin a lot, so it's only fair that I mention that to other people who might have similar needs: If you want to present recipes on your site, this is the best wordpress plugin I have found for that.
