Responsive Background Position

Can responsive backgrounds be anchored?

It would be great to be able to specify what corner the responsive background is anchored to. For my need, I would like the bottom right anchored instead of the top left.

This came up because my 16:9 screen would cut off the bottom of the background image (where the words are). Image was uploaded at 2:3 (1200×800).

Is this possible in the css box?

Perhaps I misunderstand responsive.
