    Can you give more specifics into what the issue is?

    I just tested the connection to your site today and it seems everything is connected properly. Let me know if you still have this problem and I’ll be happy to take a closer look.

    It turns out I was given a bum steer by the developers of my new theme – they assured me that it would run on a shared site – nope.
    I’ve now moved it to a dedicated server and all is running fine
