Reset password not working

    Hello,

    I’m on PMP version 2.5.10.1 and I have a problem when trying to reset a password. A reset password link is sent by email of the form domain.com/login/?action=rp&key=XXX&login=USERNAME. Clicking this link takes me to the login page at domain.com/login asking for username and password to login as normal. Nothing related to setting a new password is available or possible.

    Also, in the login page I can’t see the option to “reset password” (it can only be done manually and sending this email to the user which doesn’t work)

    How can I solve this?

    Thank you for using Paid Memberships Pro.

    Are you using the [pmpro_login] shortcode on your login page mentioned in this ticket?

    When setting the Paid Memberships Pro log in page, please note this should be only set to a frontend page if you are using the [pmpro_login] and may cause some issues if you use a third-party login form on this page.
