I hope you can still give me some support on my issue.

You have right that “mot de passe perdu” is translated. However, please try to create an account and then try to connect and click on “lost my password” in order to receive the email from the admin.

When you will open the email you will receive, please click on the English link and you will see that the reset password page of your email will be in French.

Could you please advise how can I translate?

Thank you for your reply but I just find out that there is a incompatibility with the SB Welcome email plugin. When I have deactivated SB Welcome email plugin, the reset password is now working properly.

However I am not able to see where is the email send to users when they want to reset their password.
