I use Contact Form 7 and it allow use of WP-reCAPTCHA with another plugin called Contact Form 7 reCAPTCHA extension.
Since your plugin is based on Contact Form 7 perhaps you could integrate the same functionality someday.

There is more to it than that. I did that. No settings for your plugin are listed nor a shortcode to add. Please, if you are going to recommend a plugin, why not give us instructions for how to incorporate it within your plugin? Meanwhile I am getting blasted with Spam. I am surprised this is not a mandatory add on
