Reposting to user blogs

Hello! I have a very important question about WordPress MU.

Is there a plugin or code that will enable users to “repost/reblog” posts (any post type) from one blog to their blog? “Press This” is not the feature I am looking for and does not work that way.

For example, someone I am following just made a post to their blog. I want to repost it (in full, not excerpt) onto my blog and add my own caption to it. Is there a plugin or code that can do this and is it compatible with BuddyPress?
