    Login to the WordPress admin, edit a review and add your reply.

    Thanks for the swift response. Can you tell me if it is possible for other users to add replies as well?

    As long as the User on your website has the correct edit permissions, they can edit reviews.

    You can use the Members plugin to edit your role permissions:

    I don’t mean edit reviews. Users register to write reviews, but can other people (for instance the company being reviewed) add replies to the reviews? All from the front end. Thanks.

    You reply to a review on the “Edit” page of a review:

    Site Reviews does not provide the functionality to reply to reviews on the frontend.

    Hello,

    Regarding reply reviews.
    I have two admins. My client “admin” can reply but when she does the reply is by “Website Name” instead of “her name”.

    Because we want to make her replies more personal i need that her name appears as the person who replied.

    Wondering if it’s a setting of site reviews or a general setting.

    thank you very much, it worked like charm. I have to check that pastebin deeper cos it seems we can do a lot
