Replace or suppress image

Hi, as a member of a website, I am able to add some pictures on it. And these pictures can be displayed somewhere on the website as “My gallery” (My profil for example).

But, I want to update these pictures to replace ou suppress them. Does it existe a native feature for that? Or the member has to contact the admin of the web site?
